We all know that when it comes to whining about being ill, then you can’t beat a guy for some full blown melodramatics. A simple sniffle becomes a battle against killer swine flu, and a mild cough becomes a rasping death rattle. Well it seems that men might not be overreacting after all (well maybe just a little bit). A study by Canadian researchers has confirmed that women’s immune systems are actually stronger than those of men, making them more able to fight off infections. Which in turn, means men are more likely to catch potentially fatal diseases and die, giving women some much-needed peace and quiet from all that moaning.
