In Surat Thani, a man captures a ghostly image on his cell phone. An unidentified man notices a strange shadow while driving through the mine where he works. He uses his mobile phone to capture what he believes to be a pii pret, the ghost of a tall, ugly woman. Initially, the worker refuses to show anyone the image because he believes that the pii pret will come after him. Eventually he tells a friend who shows it to a newspaper reporter. The clip is examined by a professional videographer, who concludes that the shadow probably resulted from the traces of bird droppings on the camera lens.

In Khon Kaen, a high-ranking monk flees with 8 million baht and a Volvo. Pakorn Sarapee, 65, a long-time monk at Sri Chan temple has been embezzling money from the monastery for years for gambling on football and to finance an alleged involvement in drug trafficking. When Pakorn takes an unusually long sick leave, the local villagers contact the police who raid the monk’s chamber and discover that he and the donation money are gone. Further investigations reveal that Pakorn secretly fled to a small temple in Sakon Nakorn where he revoked his monkhood. His current whereabouts are unknown.

In Sakonnakorn, a man has his head blown by a rocket. Preeda Wongnatarn, 29, and friends are drinking by a pond at an annual rocket festival when a rocket veers off its trajectory towards the group. Preeda’s friends jump out of the way but Preeda takes the full impact of the three-meter long, three inch diameter rocket knocking him into the pond. When his friends pull him out they find his head is missing. The police discover the blackened head at the bottom of the pond.

In Uttaradit, a famous monk believes he is the victim of black magic. Rector Anuwat Wisutto, 32, feels a sharp pain in his stomach. He visits his doctor and tells him he has been jinxed. Upon examination, an X-ray shows sharp objects in the rector’s intestines: two metal nails and one pin. Despite the monk’s claims of black magic, the doctor suspects that the objects were deliberately swallowed by him.
