This week you will mainly die from...

too much sleep
Ask anyone what the best thing about the Songkran holidays was, and the likely answer is the chance to catch up on some serious snoozing. Little did you know that all that supposed relaxing slumber was actually pushing you closer to an early grave. A new study has discovered that too much sleep can be deadly. The research, carried out by the University of California, found that individuals who sleep eight hours or more are 15% more likely to die younger. And, all you insomniacs and yaa ba addicts can wipe that smug smile off your face, as those who sleep less than four hours a night also have a 15% increased risk of dying young. At last, alarm clocks have their day in the sun—they’re potential life savers.
