This 55-seater is named after the sushi chef at the Green Tea sushi bar in Chicago. Trained by Isao himself, chef Karuna Sangaroon, a rare female sushi chef, is now cooking her magic at her new fusion Japanese sushi bar. The menu offers a variety of sushi and sashimi made from fi sh fl own in every Friday.
