How to claim your prize:

1. Have you checked your email? We always inform our winners through email so make sure you check your inbox. If it's not there take a peak in your SPAM folder just to be on the safe side.

2.  We don't mail prizes, you have to pick it up yourself. Our office is located on the 22nd floor of Silom Center Building on Silom Road (the old Robinson). You can easily get here by BTS (Saladaeng) or MRT (Silom). Download the map here.

3. You can pick up your prize from Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm. And no, we don't work public holidays or weekends.

4. Don't forget to bring your ID/Passport and a printout of the email we sent you.

5. If you send someone to pick up the prize, they need to bring their own ID and a signed copy of your ID/Passport.

6. Please pick up your prize before Feb 27.
