One of the city’s biggest art events, Bangkok Art Biennale is coming back to Bangkok for the third time, featuring 43 artists from across the globe from Oct 22, 2022 to Feb 23, 2023.

The event features a “Chaos: Calm” theme with artwork reflecting contemporary urban issues through the eyes of artists, ranging from the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change to political unrest.

The Biennale will be hosted at eleven venues across Bangkok, including Bangkok Art and Culture Center (BACC), Museum Siam, The Parq, The Prelude One Bangkok, Wat Arun, Wat Phra Chetuphon (Wat Pho), Wat Prayoon, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, and JWD Art Space. This year’s event presents physical sites as well as pieces that engage audiences in virtual interactive spaces.

The full line up is not available online at the time of the publication, so stay tuned for more information.
