From a glass-walled open kitchen, chef Jeremy Tourret and co. whip out locally-sourced free-range chickens (B875whole. B475 half) fresh from the rotisserie with your choice of delectable sides like organic young potatoes (B150) and sauces like the wicked Angry Bird chili dip (B45).
