Surrounded by luxuriant tropical gardens populated with swans, peacocks and rabbits, the colonial-style pastry shop, cafe and fine-dining areas feature European and American dishes including foie gras ravioli, oven-baked butter fish, roasted rack of lamb and pizza. Surrounded by luxuriant tropical gardens populated with swans, peacocks and rabbits, the pastry shop, cafe and fine-dining areas are helmed by Seattle-born chef Autumn Mc Taggart, who imbues her menu with French influences and local produce: ravioli foie gras and egg mullad, oven-baked butter fish, roasted rack of lamb and other such classically influenced recipes.
