BANGKOK RESTAURANT

Liu Xiang Fong

A pretty Cantonese outlet on the edge of town.

A higher-end Cantonese outlet from the ubiquitous Hongmin restaurant group, Liu Xiang Fong offers a great selection of in-house Chinese dim sums such as xiu mai, baos (assorted Chinese buns), and fresh Chinese rice noodles with char siew. Expect some theatricals as the kitchen staff will also make har gao (glass shrimp dumplings) right infront of you. If you favor a substantial variation, go for its six course three year anniversary set for eight (B12,000) which includes the luxurious  seafood delicacy soup (B8,000), peking duck (B900), abalone mushroom (B400) and bird nests (B4,000).
