BANGKOK RESTAURANT

Man Kitchen by Chef Man

Bangkok's Chinese fine-dining king goes mass.

Chef Man, Bangkok's fine-dining Chinese king, has gone mass with buffet restaurant Man Kitchen.

Here, the vast cooking area takes over one side of the whole place, where chefs prepare a huge array of hot and cold appetizers, Chinese barbecue, steamed and fried dim sum and stir-fries.

Highlights include Chef Man’s popular Peking duck, steamed-a-la-minute lava buns and Hong Kong-style stir-fried veggies to yummy sweets by M Krub’s dessert chef Marc Razurel.

For B590, you get two hours' access to the buffet, while you need to add an extra B250 for the Monk Jump Over the Wall soup (a variety of shark fin soup) or B300 for the soup plus fish maw noodles with abalone sauce.
