This burger kiosk in MBK’s Food Island is the new project by the people behind Hotdogs and Buns.

The joint’s specialties are burgers made with 110g ground chuck beef patties that are seasoned and smashed flat on the grill for extra crispiness. The brioche bun is made in house as well as the pink thousand-island-derived sauce.

The classic cheese burger, with grated cheddar cheese, is priced at B235 while the signature smashed burger (topped with pickles, jalapenos, crispy bacon, crispy shallots) is B315.

There are plenty of options for non-beef eaters, too, including the substitute pork patties, bacon chicken burger (B270) and veggie options like the spinach (B210) and potato burgers (B170).

They also serve classic milkshakes (vanilla, chocolate or strawberry, B120) made with Bud's ice cream.
