Now for some good news amid all the doom and gloom: Phrom Phong's neo-Indian restaurant, Haoma, is offering free meals for those badly affected by the outbreak of Covid-19. In their own words, “For people in need, call us and we’ll prepare takeaway food for you!”

The initiative aims to ease the suffering of those who have lost their jobs or their homes due to a reduction in customers and the government-ordered closures. As part of the hospitality industry, they are keenly aware of how hard many businesses have been hit. They’re also focusing on fresh and healthy "herbal- and Ayurveda-driven food" to boost people’s immunity.  Click here to learn more and to be a part of the charity—just B100 can cover two meals.

As for their regular cuisine, they’re open for delivery and take away from Tue-Sun, 3-11pm. Check out their menu on Instagram.
