Sukhumvit Soi 38’s omakase restaurant Kyo-Tei turns one with the launch of a new seasonal menu, "Early Summer in Kyoto Kamogawa".

Led by chef Nishioka Masaki with three decades of experience on his hands, the new menu focuses on fresh produce from both land and sea with highlights like Motobu Wagyu A5 beef from Okinawa, scampi from New Zealand, and other favorites like the Japanese sea urchin, abalone, and blue crab.

Kyo-Tei opened its doors in June 2021, serving kaiseki cuisine, a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner prepared with specific techniques. The restaurant is divided into a series of distinct areas, including a sushi counter and bar that serves Asian-inspired cocktails.The second floor features a private Kaiseki Omakase Room with eight seats and a Teppanyaki Room with six seats.
