Jesper Haynes Exhibition and Book Launch

 
American-Swedish photographer Jesper Haynes has been documenting counterculture and nightlife for decades, dividing his time between Bangkok, Tokyo, New York, and Stockholm. His photographs are part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in Stockholm. This weekend, you can see some of that work and buy his new book, which features some of his greatest work, at the GalileOasis space in Ratchathewi.

Seeing in the Dark

 
This moving image installation by director Taiki Sakpisit explores political and historical sites in Khao Kho in Phetchabun, a city that was redesigned for political purposes around the Siamese Revolution in 1932. This exhibition examines the architectural ruins of the People’s Party and the remnants of the communist party of Thailand.
