This workshop will cover an overview of the chocolate business and its market in Thailand and abroad, run through the basic process of cocoa fermentation, teach the basic ingredients in chocolate production, and finally show how to make bean-to-bar chocolate from scratch.

From losing our loved ones to struggling to survive in the industry, these are difficult times, so to motivate visitors this exhibition signifies strength and perseverance.
