If you know Smiths Vintage, you’ll know they do everything cool for classic bikers—or if you just like vintage gear. Earlier this month, they opened up the Smiths Motors Company featuring a community space for a new generation of bikers and car lovers.

Found in Ladprao on Soi Sukanthasawat, it’s not just a place to check out classic cars and bikes. The space, inspired by a 50s-style Los Angeles-style gas station, has a range of rare and vintage bikes and cars to check out, but they’re also bringing a community atmosphere with dining options and an event space.

The Hope Cafe is very much in the Smiths Vintage style, featuring an array of comfort food options, including pizza, wagyu burgers, and coffee and smoothies. The other is a coming Sunyo Izakaya with Japanese and Northeastern cuisine and a The Smiths Bar—hey, don’t drink and drive.

Even if you’re not into classic motors, this is a space to keep in mind for future shoots and art projects, as the huge spaces are also hosting the likes of the Unformat Studio, which is a multi-function space for exhibitions, filmmaking, and, as happened at the soft opening last week, parties.

Keep an eye on this space for big motoring launches, recently with the BMW R 18 Roctane, and events that need a big ceiling and a retro vibe.
