Prepare for the culinary event of the year as the 23rd edition of the World Gourmet Festival makes a grand return to Bangkok, hosted at the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. Set to take place from 19-24 in September, this gastronomic celebration promises a jam-packed week of culinary bigwigs, with twelve renowned chefs from Spain, Italy, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Bahrain, and Thailand. 
 
This event highlights international and local culinary talents through dinners, a must-attend brunch, and cooking classes led by these world-renowned chefs. The participating chefs hold a total of seventeen Michelin stars.

The festival kicks off with a Constellation of the Stars Gala Dinner event on September 19th, featuring five chefs who will delight diners with a five-course menu, offering a sneak peek of the dishes to come throughout the festival. Each visiting chef will craft up two exceptional dinners at the hotel’s acclaimed restaurants (starting at B6,500 per person). The grand finale culminates in a star-studded World Gourmet brunch on September 24th (prices at B6,900 per person). 
 
To complement the dinners, the Aqua Bar at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel will host guest bartenders from Asia's 50 Best Bars list throughout the festival. Expect a range of innovative cocktails crafted by mixologists like Agung Prabovo and Saan Dhakal from Penicillin Bar in Hong Kong and Ronnaporn Kanivichaporn from Find the Locker Room. 
 
For those eager to explore the culinary arts, cooking classes led by Arne Riehn and Phol Tantasathien offer an opportunity to learn new techniques and savor dishes by the chefs themselves. 
 
Two chefs, Enrico Marmo and Theodor Falser, will extend their culinary journey to Phuket and Koh Samui, presenting exclusive dinners at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort and Tree Tops Signature Dining at Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort.
